Eligibility for Returns/Refunds/Exchanges: Customers are eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges if they inform us on the same day of receiving the item through selected mediums such as WhatsApp, direct call, or email. Proof in the form of videos or images must be provided.
Best Practice Before Opening the Package: It is recommended to capture images and videos of the package before opening it, especially for return, refund, or exchange purposes.
Qualification for Return/Refund/Exchange: Items qualify for return, refund, or exchange if they are unused, with stickers and tags intact, and in their original packing (even if the packaging is damaged).
Return Process: Upon qualifying for return, we will refund the full amount including delivery charges. The resend package will be sent to the same address where the item was received.
